We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide specific instructions and the return address for sending the item back.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The amount will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.

- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
