We carefully prepare and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized products are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If the item arrived damaged, please include photos in your email.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
