1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received an incorrect product or an unfulfilled order.
  • The product is defective or expired upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with.
  • Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective).


3. How to Request a Return

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other eligible returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.
  • If the product is found ineligible for a refund (e.g., opened or used items), we will notify you, and no refund will be provided.


6. Replacement Policy

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by orders that are damaged, defective, or unfulfilled. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, provided that the replacement request is initiated within seven (7) days of delivery.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
